They really need to divide area 9 into to groups (9-1 and 9-2?) Give Midchannel bank it’s own quota so we can get out more down south🤷‍♂️

the entire system is all wrong! how can it be an area say 6 is closed due to reaching encounter rates, but, 5, 7, 9, 10 etc... had been open during 6's closure, aren't those fish that were traveling through 6 have traveled or traveling through those open areas and being caught and listed as an encounter.... does not make sense!

How do they come up with these numbers anyway? They just assume how many fish are caught it seems
