Shipping Policy:

We offer shipping service via UPS. We offer our customers the following shipping options:

  • Domestic (Excl. Alaska & Hawaii): UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
  • Orders to Alaska & Hawaii: UPS 2 Day Air, UPS NextDay Air
  • International: UPS Worldwide Expedited, UPS Worldwide Express, UPS Worldwide Express Plus

Shipping Time: Orders placed on our site usually ship the same day unless a product is out of stock.

Calculating Shipping Cost: It’s easy to calculate shipping costs on our Web site before you purchase a product. Just follow the steps below.

  • Add your items to the shopping cart (Login to your account or create a new account).
  • Complete the first three steps of the checkout process to view your shipping cost.

Checking Order Status: To check the status of an order, click the Your Account link in the upper right corner of each page and login to your account. Orders that are awaiting shipment are defined as Pending while orders that have shipped are labeled Closed. Once an order has been shipped, you can view the tracking number in order to determine a delivery date from the shipping carrier.

Returns Policy:

In order to make a return you must contact customer service to receive a return authorization number. In order to return a product for a refund, the product must be returned in the original packaging unopened. Products that have been opened are not refundable.  All downriggers, Ace Line Haulers, electronics, shrimp pots and crab pots cannot be returned for a refund.  Broken fishing rods must be sent to the manufacture.

 

How do I return an item to John’s Sporting Goods?
1. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt.  Enclose your original receipt and indicate the reason you are returning it.  This information helps us to prevent any future disappointments.  The product cannot be used.  Return applies only to new items without any use.

2. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, credit will be processed against the credit card used for the purchase.  If you paid by money order, we will mail you a refund.  Please allow 14 days after our receipt for processing your credit or mailing your refund.

All return shipping fees will be paid by the purchaser (This includes exchanges). 

Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus any shipping fees that were incurred by John’s Sporting Goods.

Under the terms of the United States Fair Credit Billing Act, your credit card provider cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges.
