OKI Tackle Big Shooter 11″, OBS-90HA Super Herring Aid. Chrome flasher with a Herring Aid Finish and glow tape on the back of the flasher. The edges of the flasher appear to be black in the photo but in fact the edge and background are chrome. The rainbow reflection in the photo is the UV reflection and not the actual color of the flasher.
