DXS Salmon & Steelhead rods were designed in the field from top fishing guides. The result is this series of top actions for about any angling technique in current use for steelhead and salmon. We have added a new North Pacific E-glass composite action. John Martinis highly recomends the DXS902H for a salmon downrigger rod, this rod features a light weight foam grip handle. These rods are now named Daiwa North Coast. They are the same rods, same actions as before with updated cosmetics.
